Antonia Lofaso
Antonia Lofaso's cuisine is an invitation to explore the possibilities within her. Food she cooks up is a result of her fascination with the cultural aspects in Los Angeles, which was ignited by a trip to Los Angeles from Long Island's suburbs. The carnetas and the Cavatelli are, according to her, able to exist together on the exact identical menu. Her sense of taste is continuously developing. The only thing that remains is her unique view of the future, while still wishing to reminisce about the previous. Scopa Italian Roots is a restaurant which was established by Lofaso in 2013. The restaurant was opened by her due to her American-born Italian heritage. Lofaso is lauded by her fans for her rendition of traditional Italian cuisine. Patrons say that they would recommend Scopa as an essential neighbourhood staple, where Lofaso always provides food that is delicious and unquestionably satisfying. Lofaso took her cues from the greats of culinary who used sophisticated techniques. However, she didn't hesitate to take extreme risk to follow her instincts. Within a few years she rose to the very top at Wolfgang Puck's Spago. Later she worked alongside many celebrities, as she transformed various Los Angeles restaurants. Lofaso, Sal Aurora, and Mario Guddemi partnered to open Black Market Liquor Bar Studio City in the year 2011. Her home was within Black Market Liquor Bar and her business partnerships. The collaboration could provide the creative freedom Lofaso desired. Black Market doesn't have one particular direction. It's their goal. The first course could be potatoes chips, peppers and Dill. Then it's Korean meatballs and wings. What binds this diverse array of flavors is Antonia. Lofaso's success has been measured by her ability to be true to herself while still knowing her viewers. In the course of her career, both Top Chef Chicago episode and Top Chef: All Stars demonstrated her capability to communicate her self outside of the culinary environment. Since then, she has continued her career in front of cameras as a CNBC's Restaurant Startup Judge as well as regular appearances on The Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child. In 2012 Lofaso joined with Penguin to release"The Busy Mother's Cookbook 100 Cooking Ideas for Delicious Home-cooked Meals The book also tells the story of the challenges she overcame when she was studying at the world-class French Culinary Institute, and while caring for her child Xea. Lofaso believes that her achievements are the result of her love cooking, and she's capable of keeping her finger in the middle of this field by staying on her kitchen. She has revolutionized the industry's design by creating chef's wear with a focus on style and function, through her brand Chefletics. Lofaso will adhere to the goals of her clients. She has created Antonia Lofaso Catering to help achieve that.
